Global Compact on Migrants and Refugees: the Role of the Church

On May 15, at 5pm, a conference entitled Global Compact on Migrants and Refugees: the Role of the Church, will be held at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum, where experts on migration and human rights will discuss the role of the Church in migration.

  • Alberto García, Director of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and Human Rights and professor of the bioethics faculty, APRA.
  • Guido Traversa, professor of philosophy, integral education department, UniversitàEuropea di Roma.
  • P. Fabio Baggio, Dicastery for the service of integral human development.
  • S.E.R. Guerino di Tora, Auxiliary Bishop for the North Sector, President of the Migrantes Foundation and of the Commission on Migration.
  • Don Francesco Soddu, Director of Italian Caritas.
  • Don Pierpaolo Felicolo, Director of the Office for the Pastoral of Migration – Vicariate of Rome.
